This Privacy Policy explains what information PREPNIGHTS+ (“we”, “us”, or “this website”) collects when you visit https://prepnights.com, why we collect it, who else can see it, and what choices you have.

Two things to know first. This website is an information and referral page: we do not host, upload, stream, or store any video ourselves. When you click a watch, sign-in, schedule, or search link you leave this website and continue on a third-party streaming service that has its own privacy policy. Second, this is an affiliate website — we may earn a commission or referral fee if you register for or subscribe to that third-party service after following one of our links. The commission is paid to us by that service, not by you, and it does not change the price you pay.

Information we collect

We keep this small on purpose. There are no accounts, no logins, and no payment forms on this website, so we never ask you for a name, an address, or card details.

• Server log data. Like nearly every web server, ours records each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page or file requested, the response status, your browser and operating system (the “user agent”), and the referring page if your browser sends one.
• Cookies and similar browser storage. Small entries used to remember your cookie choice, to measure traffic, and to credit a referral to us. Full details, and how to switch them off, are in our Cookie Policy.
• Analytics data. Aggregate measurements such as page views, approximate country or region, screen size, and which links are clicked.

We do not collect video-viewing history, payment information, precise GPS location, biometric data, or any special category of sensitive personal information on this website.

How we use it

• To serve the pages you ask for and keep them working on your device.
• To keep the site secure: spotting abuse, scraping, and attempted attacks.
• To measure, in aggregate, which pages and which games people actually look at.
• To confirm that a referral came from this website so the commission is credited correctly.
• To meet legal obligations or respond to a valid legal request.

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles about you, and we do not run retargeting campaigns from this website.

Who else receives data

A short list of service providers necessarily sees some of the data above:

• Our hosting provider, which operates the server that stores the log data.
• The affiliate network and the streaming service we link to. When you click one of our links, your browser sends that service the usual request data (IP address, user agent, and a referral identifier that tells them the visit came from us). From that point on, their privacy policy governs, not ours. Please read it before creating an account with them.
• An analytics provider, which processes the aggregate traffic measurements.

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to protect our rights, our users, or the public.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not trade or rent mailing lists. Note for California residents: under the CCPA/CPRA, the use of analytics and affiliate-tracking cookies can count as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can refuse those cookies with the controls described in our Cookie Policy, or by using a browser-level opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control. You may also email us to ask us not to share your information.

How long we keep it

Raw server logs are kept only as long as they are useful for security and troubleshooting — normally no more than 90 days — and are then deleted or overwritten. Aggregate analytics counts, which do not identify you, may be kept longer. Cookies expire on the schedule listed in the Cookie Policy, or sooner if you clear them yourself.

Children’s privacy (COPPA)

This website is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, as those terms are used in the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not ask visitors for an age, a name, or an email address anywhere on this site.

High school sports are of course watched by teenagers. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, email us at the address below and we will delete it from our records promptly, normally within a few business days. If a third-party streaming service holds an account for a minor, you will need to contact that service directly — we have no access to their accounts.

Your choices and how to request removal

• Cookies. Refuse or delete them at any time in your browser. See the Cookie Policy for step-by-step instructions.
• Access or deletion. Email us and ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Because we do not keep accounts, the only realistic identifier is your IP address, so please include it (search the web for “what is my IP”), plus the approximate dates you visited. Without that we usually cannot find the right log lines.
• Response time. We aim to reply within 30 days. We will not charge you for a reasonable request, and we will not discriminate against you for making one.
• Opting out of the streaming service. Requests about an account, a subscription, a payment, or a refund must go to that service — we cannot see, change, or cancel anything on their systems.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and access to the server is limited. No website can promise perfect security, but because we hold so little data there is very little here to lose.

Visitors outside the United States

This website covers U.S. high school football and is aimed at visitors in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your data is processed on servers that may be located in the United States.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. Material changes will be described in plain language.
